Upload a file
Choose a CSV or XLSX. The file is parsed locally, no data leaves your device.

Save locally
Hit Save to store the file in your browser's localStorage. It will be available next time you visit.

Color, filter, and inspect
Use metadata columns to color wells, filter samples, and inspect hover details across the full pipeline.
Expected columns: fermentation_plate, fermentation_well, LCMS_plate, LCMS_well, etc.
Any additional columns become metadata for coloring, filtering, and tooltips.
